Competition Terms and Conditions:
The competition is open to university students, researchers, experts, and specialists in relevant fields.
The poster must present a scientifically sound research study, an ongoing project, an innovative scientific idea, or a proposed solution related to the symposium topics, including solutions for arid environments, value-added products and packaging, bee conservation innovations, and smart beekeeping technologies.
The poster should include an introduction or problem statement, objectives, methodology or proposed approach, key results or expected outcomes, recommendations, and two to three relevant scientific references.
The poster must be prepared in portrait orientation, measure 69 cm × 122 cm (27 × 48 inches), and be submitted in PDF format.
A one-page A4 summary of the research study or project must also be submitted.
Submission Details
Participants must complete the participation form and upload a one-page A4 summary and a PDF copy of the poster through the link provided below no later than 1 October 2026.
Scientific Poster Evaluation Criteria
1. Scientific quality, including the research design, methodology, clarity of the methods, and
strength of the results and recommendations.
2. Relevance to the symposium topics and novelty of the topic.
3. Originality of the researcher’s perspectives, approaches, or evidence.
4. Comprehensiveness, coherence, and consistency of the content.
5. Quality of writing, organization, and visual presentation.
6. Potential impact on beekeeping, honey production, or food security.
7. Clarity and effective communication of the results.
