The Global Food Security Summit 2026 brings together governments, international organisations, financial institutions, investors, industry leaders, researchers and innovators to address the challenges shaping global food systems. More than a platform for dialogue, GFSS is designed to turn shared priorities into practical outcomes by advancing partnerships, unlocking investment and supporting the development of resilient, sustainable and inclusive food systems.
Food systems worldwide are facing increasing pressure from climate change, geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruption, rising costs and unequal access to nutritious food. GFSS provides a platform for countries, institutions and industries to align priorities, exchange expertise and advance scalable solutions to these shared challenges.
The 2026 theme highlights the shared responsibility of governments, businesses, investors, researchers and international organisations in transforming global food systems. Across two days, the summit will examine how international cooperation, emerging technologies, trade, investment and resilient infrastructure can strengthen global food security.
