She is Co-Founder and Managing Director of New Path Bio, a next-generation biotechnology company producing animal-free proteins through precision fermentation. Operating from Vienna and Abu Dhabi’s Hub71, the company turns industrial side streams from dairy, dates, and fuel production into high-value ingredients for health and nutrition – backed by strong intellectual property and serving leading corporates worldwide.

Tanja is also co-owner of Nuvio Planet, a global B2B SaaS platform that enables agrifood businesses to measure, manage, and reduce their environmental footprint from farm to fork.

She is a sought-after speaker on biotech innovation, sustainability, and scaling purposeful ventures and holds regular lectures in entrepreneurship at international business schools, Tanja serves on advisory and investment boards in AgTech, FoodTech, and BioTech, and on Europe’s board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the world’s largest peer-to-peer network for entrepreneurs.
