Saad Masry currently is a Research Expert at ADAFSA, UAE. Also, he is a Professor of Apiculture and Economic Entomology, the SRTA-City, Alexandria, Egypt. Masry has been working on the field of bee and bee culture. He is working with honeybees about 40 years. In 2010, he held his Ph.D. in the field of Bee and Bee Culture under the channel system scholarship program between NRC, Cairo University, and Humboldt University Berlin, and worked as a Researcher at NRC, Egypt. From 2012 to 2018 he worked at the SRTA-City as Researcher and Associated Professor. He is a professor of Economic Entomology, and Apiculture from 28/12/2021. Masry joined ADAFSA, UAE from 15/12/2028 unite now. He was a member of many scientific projects and now he is the PI for Honeybee Development Project at ADAFSA. He published more than 45 papers in the field of honeybees and Entomology, in internationally scientific journals. Also, He attended more than 75 conferences and workshops. He is a reviewer and a member of the Editorial Board of many scientific journals. He is a supervisor of 15 MSc. and Ph.D. theses.
Masry is an expert in breeding, mass production, naturally and artificial insemination of honeybee queens. Also, he has experience in honeybees physiological, bee health, production, analyzing and evaluating honey produced, bees’ nutrition and pollination.
