Jeremy has over 25 years of Chief Financial Officer, investment banking, and private equity experience in the Sustainability, Clean Technology and Technology sectors, and has advised on over $85 billion of financing and strategic transactions throughout his career. 

Jeremy is the Chief Financial Officer of UPSIDE Foods, the leader in cultivated meat.  Prior to joining UPSIDE Foods he was the Chief Financial Officer of Manus Bio, a leader in precision fermentation and biomanufacturing.  Prior to Manus Bio, Jeremy was a Senior Managing Director at Marathon Capital, where he was Head of Sustainable and Energy Technologies and Co-Head of their West Coast practice.  Earlier in his career, Jeremy spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse.  At Credit Suisse, he was a Managing Director and Head of Credit Suisse’s Clean Technology Investment Banking practice, and at Morgan Stanley he founded and was Head of the West Coast Clean Technology Investment Banking group.  Jeremy was also the founder and Managing Partner of HCP Advisors, an independent Technology and Clean Technology investment banking boutique, and a Partner at True North Venture Partners, a clean technology and sustainability-focused private equity and venture capital firm.
